Mr. Sunil Gandhi, 50, has been serving as the Chief Executive Officer of our company since April 9, 2022, and was appointed as Whole-Time Director on June 19, 2024. He holds a Post Diploma in Electronics Engineering from YMCA Institute of Engineering, Faridabad, with MBA in operations from Symbiosis College. With over two decades of diverse experience in Indus Towers Telecommunications industry, Mr. Gandhi has worked with leading organizations, including Reliance Infocom Limited and Bharti Airtel Limited. At CLN Energy, he oversees the company’s overall operations and plays a pivotal role in strategic decision-making. His responsibilities span introducing innovative ideas, developing new products, strengthening customer relationships, enhancing manufacturing processes, leading strategic planning, and implementing agile procurement practices to ensure sustained growth. He also drives production targets and manages the entire supply chain, ensuring efficiency and excellence at every stage. As a Board member, Mr. Gandhi contributes his deep technical expertise and business acumen to guide the company’s growth and expansion. His strong leadership, solid grasp of financial management principles, entrepreneurial mindset, and exceptional management skills have been instrumental in attracting new clients while nurturing long-standing customer relationships, driving the company toward a sustainable and successful future.

Rajiv Seth, aged 54 years is a Chairman & Non-Executive Director (Additional Director) of our Company. He had indirectly taken over the majority control of the Company from November 2019 and till date he indirectly owns the majority control of the Company. He holds bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering at Kurukshetra University. He has over 2 decades of experience in overall managing and promoting companies. He is the promoter of 4 foreign companies including our holding company. As Promoter of the Company, he is providing his expertise for growth and expansion of our Company.

Manish Shah, aged 51 years, is the Whole-Time Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, effective June 19, 2024. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon, and brings over two decades of rich experience in the electrical and telecommunication industries. Over the course of his career, he has held key roles with reputed organizations such as Reliance Group and Indus Towers Limited. He has been associated with the Company since 2021 and has played a pivotal role in strengthening operations and driving business growth. In his current role, Mr. Shah is responsible for overseeing sales, service, dealer management, product strategies, marketing, profitability, human resources, brand and media management. While he primarily leads operations, he is also instrumental in acquiring new customers, strengthening banking relationships, and managing the overall finance and operational functions of the Company.

Bhawna Hundlani aged 26 years is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. She was appointed on the Board of our Company w.e.f. June 19, 2024. She holds bachelor’s degree in Commerce as well as Law from Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur. She is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretary of India. She has experience in Compliance, Secretarial and Legal matters. Currently she is designated as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Oneclick Logistics India Limited.

Rakesh Kakkar aged 54 years is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He was appointed on the Board of our Company w.e.f. June 19, 2024. He holds bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering at Kurukshetra University. He has over 25 years of experience across IT, Telecom & Software/ Software Services, Proven Track Record, Personal Leadership, Professional Excellence. He has worked with many organizations including Netcracker Technology India Private Limited, Alcatel Network Systems India Limited. Currently he is working with Nextgen Telesolutions Private Limited since September 2022 as Sr. V P – Sales & Business Development.
